NOTE: Although we accept ordinary e-mail inquiry for FPR/investigation, we encourage you to fill in the appropriate PDF form that can be found by clicking the "Contact Forms" drop down menu button at the "Contact" page, and send it back to us through e-mail as the attachment. It provides us easy handling of the requests. Sending back of PDF form does not make you obliged to our agency in financial or any other way.

Our flexible and custom tailored GENERAL GENEALOGY RESEARCH SERVICES can be, for practical reasons divided to several categories:

a) Special feature: Free preliminary report (FPR) - Based on your request, we will prepare brief free preliminary report, which deals with the prospects for accomplishing your research goals, which is usually followed by one record photo or photocopy scan relevant for your investigation. By receiving FPR, you are not in financial or any other way obliged to our agency or obliged to proceed with the investigation. Note that we deserve right not to make FPR photo attachment (when it involves travelling costs).

b) Extensive family genealogy research – From your initial data to the coherent family tree, limited solely by the availability of sources.

c) Partial family genealogy research – When you need particular set of records, certificates or information to fill in gaps in your research

d) Obtaining particular information or the archive (or other) document, other than the vital records (census lists, obituaries, newspaper articles, craftsman's licenses, school documents, villages and towns info etc.)

e) Making your family tree chart based on results obtained from "Synergia" in a form of chart made by graphic design software and delivered to you as JPG or TIFF picture file. Family Tree Chart can also be provided as the hand made, unique art drawing, made by professional painter or designer, based on the results of our investigation and/or the results of your own genealogy research.

f) Investigation results delivery

- Our default mode of delivery: Through the "Guidebook" in a form of PDF file and/or MS Word document.
"Guidebook" explanation – "Guidebook" is the PDF or MS Word document with the columns that are similar to those in church pages and contains English translation of the records of all of the ancestral family members found in investigation, sorted by the events order (birth, marriage and death) and the chronological order, together with footnotes, remarks and explanations where needed. Together with the information from the "Guidebook", we will provide you with the photographs, (and/or) scans of the archive stamp verified photocopies, (and/or) and official registry certificates of the records. We strongly recommend this option, particularly its PDF version. Note that using PDF file format provides the exact display of various diacritical signs.

- The results may also be provided as GenoPro (version 1.70) file (light genealogy program).

- Another way of providing you with the investigation results would be GEDCOM file. Most of genealogy softwares are able to import genealogy data generated by different genealogy programs as GEDCOM files. Please check the ability of the software you are using to import GEDCOM files.

h) Finding living relative(s) and establishing a contact, including visits, interviews and digital recording of the meeting.
